What if my product is damaged?
Inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to inspect the contents but suspect damage, mark the delivery receipt with “suspect damage.”
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos of the damage to support@barnlysupply.com. We’ll promptly process a replacement or refund, typically within one business day. Your satisfaction is our priority!
